Summer Camp Registration Policies

• Registration for all Education Onstage Summer Camps is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve your spot, we offer two payment options:

  • Full Payment: $3,500, due immediately at the time of registration.

  • Split Payment: $1,750, due immediately to hold your spot, with the remaining balance payable by May 15, 2025.

• Students who withdraw at least one month prior to the program’s start date will receive a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee. Withdrawal requests received after this time will not be eligible for a refund. However, a credit may be issued to your account for use toward a future Broadway Rise program.

• To withdraw, you must email an official request to classes@broadwayriseacademy.com. The date your email is sent will determine refund eligibility.

• Broadway Rise reserves the right to cancel any program that does not meet enrollment requirements. Should this occur, we will notify families no later than one month before the program’s start date.

• We are closely monitoring COVID-19 and its variants and will follow guidelines provided by the CDC and Department of Education. If Broadway Rise is required to close for any reason, all programs will transition online via Zoom. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued in this situation.
